Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri

Perimeter of Missouri is a locked/secure 96-bed residential treatment facility located in the Ozark Mountains in south central Missouri. Our campus includes grounds for outdoor activities and a separate school the children walk to daily. Perimeter of Missouri is a Psychiatric Medical Institution for Children (PMIC), Group Care and treats children with high acuity levels. The facility is fully licensed and operates as a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), with units equipped to meet the needs of each of our programs.
